Hawaii Pacific University has partnered with Greenwood & Hall to provide end-to-end student lifecycle management for online graduate programs, allowing HPU to build these programs online and provide exceptional One-Step Student Services.

Greenwood & Hall was founded in 1997 by Zan Greenwood and John Hall. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, the founders set out to build a company that would provide direct response marketers with the call center capacity they needed as well as the most flexible and responsive support available in the industry. Since then, Greenwood & Hall’s service capabilities have expanded into customer relationship management, media services, fulfillment, and event management services. Today, Greenwood & Hall supports Fortune 500 corporations, major non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies.

Throughout its ten-year history, the Company has played roles in events of national interest including the 2000, 2004, and 2008 United States Presidential campaigns, the National World War II Memorial Dedication, the 2005 White House Conference on Aging, and the United Nations Global AIDS Fund. Greenwood & Hall also provided significant support for organizations involved in the response to the September 11th attacks on America, the devastating Tsunami in Southeast Asia, Hurricane Katrina, and most recently the Southern California wildfires.
